ネパールの日本料理店で10年修行して、2013年7月に念願の自分のお店をオープンすることが出来ました。お客様が楽しく安心して美味しい日本料理を味わえるよう、日々精進していきたいと思います。
当店の食材は、鰹節やみりん、酒、醤油、わさびなど日本製のものを使用し、ネパールでは手に入らない、豆腐やうどん、ラーメン、もやしなどは自家製の手造りです。手打ちで腰のある麺が自慢です。料理にはもちろん、生野菜の洗浄にもミネラルウォーターを使用しています。

I had been working and improving my skills more than 10 years before I decided to open my own Japanese restaurant in Nepal, Pokhara, in July 2013. I’m proud to offer the real taste of the delicious Japanese food to my customers and let them enjoy it with peace on mind in the comfortable, calm and easy place. We provide plenty of various Japanese specialities on everyday menu, both vegetarian and not-vegetarian varieties.
We use classical materials from Japanese cuisine like: Mirin, Bushi (Bonito), Sake, Soya Sauce, Wasabi etc. which are not commonly known in Nepal. We also use Bean Sprouts, fresh handmade Tofu and different sorts of fresh Noodles, which we prepare ourselves and we are truly proud of their high quality. We strictly use mineral water during the whole process of food preparation and we serve our guests with pleasure, happy to share what we know and can do.
